Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC is seeking an on-site Technician 2, HVAC to install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems for a GMP manufacturing environment. You will conduct preventive maintenance, monitor equipment, and support safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2–4 years of HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and completion of a relevant apprenticeship or vocational training. On-site, shift/on-call work is expected to support a 24/7 facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years HVAC maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Refrigerant Recovery Certification.
• Completion of an apprenticeship or vocational HVAC training.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of HVAC/R systems and equipment with limited supervision.
• Reports complex HVAC issues to senior technicians or management.
• Oversees installation of equipment as required.
• Lead small projects related to HVAC systems and cold rooms.
• Provide input to develop maintenance and repair plans for HVAC systems and equipment.
