Job summary

RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb subsidiary, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Indianapolis to lead the day-to-day maintenance of our radiopharmaceutical manufacturing site. You will supervise 3–5 technicians, prioritize preventive work, and coordinate with contractors while ensuring GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing the CMMS, ensuring calibration records, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience, with 1–2 years in lead or supervisory capacity.
• Experience overseeing TAB activities and HEPA certifications in cleanroom or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with GMP, EHS, NRC compliance; radiopharmaceutical or sterile environments are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of 3–5 Facilities Technicians, schedule daily work, and support onboarding.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utilities to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate contractors for maintenance, calibration, and minor improvements; manage site access and scope verification.
