Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks an experienced Engineer II Metrology at our Hopewell, NJ site. You will lead calibration activities, maintain procedures, and support a 24x7 GMP manufacturing facility with strong cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires metrology expertise, GMP documentation practices, and CMMS experience. Travel is possible; salary range is $95,600–$130,600 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in GMP facilities/maintenance or operations with a BS; 6+ years without a degree.
• Metrology support experience in GMP environments with GMP document practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Calibration team day-to-day activities and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain procedures and preventive maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams for instrument support.
• Support operations with troubleshooting and calibration issues.
• Lead investigations in metrology for out-of-tolerance events.
• Work on cross-functional small projects and initiatives.
