Qualifications

• 2+ years GMP manufacturing experience with equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with SOPs and GMP requirements in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production room release, equipment setup, verification, clearance, and changeovers for Filling, Assembly, and Packaging.
• Ensure equipment is properly set up, verified, and ready for production execution.
• Perform work per established procedures and GMP requirements.
• Serve as equipment SME and main contact for troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues and adjust to maintain performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Train team members on equipment, processes, and GMP standards; maintain records.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and throughput.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across functions.
