Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery in Missouri is seeking a Maintenance Technician to set up, tear down, and change over all production machinery, and perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment. You will log all work according to SOPs and keep accurate records in logbooks and work orders, while manufacturing spare parts with minimal supervision.

Candidates must be willing to work in a sterile environment with aseptic gowning, pass a Standard Timing Model Assessment, and participate in process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training is a plus.
• Associate degree or technical school certification preferred.
• 1+ years related experience or extensive generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, tear down and change over all production machinery as required.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and systems.
• Keep up-to-date records on all maintenance performed according to SOPs and logbooks.
• Manufacture spare parts and machine parts with minimal assistance.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues on production equipment.
• Order spare or replacement parts as needed.
• Maintain production areas and facilities in good condition.
• Work from sketches and schematics; train colleagues on equipment.
• Observe shop and safety practices; maintain organized work area.
• Participate in process improvement activities
