Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery in Kentucky is seeking a Setup Technician, Manufacturing to support Filling, Assembly, and Packaging operations. You will set up equipment, verify performance, troubleshoot issues, and execute production with GMP compliance.

You will serve as an equipment SME, collaborating with Engineering and Maintenance, training team members, and driving continuous improvement in setup efficiency and process reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of GMP manufacturing experience focusing on equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to make sound compliance decisions with moderate supervision.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and production processes in a regulated environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform equipment setup, verification, clearance, and changeover activities for Filling, Assembly, and Packaging operations.
• Ensure equipment is properly set up, verified, and ready to support production execution.
• Perform work in accordance with established procedures and GMP requirements.
• Serve as an equipment SME and key point of contact for troubleshooting; adjust as needed to support performance.
• Train and develop team members; maintain up-to-date training records.
