Job summary

Kindeva is seeking an Operations Lead to serve as the designated operational leader for an assigned manufacturing suite, coordinating daily execution to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

You will lead day-to-day manufacturing activities, manage shift execution, ensure accurate documentation, training awareness, and escalation of issues impacting line performance while partnering with supervisors for people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate work activities and influence others.
• Strong communication, organizational and decision‑making skills.
• Experience with GMP and batch record compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of all room activities to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Assign personnel, set priorities, and align workflow for continuous operations.
• Direct downtime activities to maintain room readiness and proactive line maintenance.
• Provide on‑the‑floor leadership for Drug Product personnel and support cross‑shift needs.
• Escalate issues to protect shift performance and product quality.
