Job summary

Los Poblanos is seeking a Production Lead in Albuquerque, NM to supervise daily manufacturing operations with a hands-on approach. You will reinforce GMPs, manage batch records, and coach teammates to ensure safe, compliant production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, production, quality, or related experience.
• Hands-on GMP-regulated manufacturing experience.
• Experience with batch records, production records, or similar documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with the production team to execute manufacturing orders and daily goals.
• Reinforce GMPs, SOPs, sanitation, hygiene/PPE, and traceability on the floor.
• Provide floor-level guidance on production methods, product quality, and equipment operation.
• Support material staging, lot traceability, reconciliation, line clearance, and contamination prevention.
• Review batch and production records for completeness and accuracy.
• Train and coach employees on approved processes and GMP requirements.
