Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processing areas ensuring safety and GMPs are followed.
• Drive safety culture and participate in safety training.
• Meet QA/Compliance standards through work product.
• Drive continuous improvement within the department and facility.
• Support a collaborative team environment across the facility.
• Oversee production PM weekly.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedules and ensure logs are accurate.
• Provide staff with information and materials to perform jobs.
• Cover operator positions during breaks and call-ins.
• Ensure accurate logs and documents are maintained.
• Minimize product loss and ensure product quality.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
