Job summary

HR HealthCare is seeking a Line Lead to oversee daily operations on an assigned production line in a GMP-regulated facility. You will ensure safe, efficient production, proper packaging, labeling, and documentation, while maintaining high quality standards.

You will monitor performance, assign tasks, troubleshoot equipment, and train new employees, promoting safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production lines in GMP-regulated environments.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of an assigned production line, ensuring safety and GMP compliance.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, and documentation to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor performance, assign tasks, and rotate team members to maximize productivity.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment and auxiliary machinery.
• Enforce SOPs, GMPs, and safety requirements across the line.
• Coordinate material delivery to minimize downtime and keep lines running.
• Mentor and train new production employees on safe practices and standards.
