Job summary

Innovative Labs, located in Springville, Utah, is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily operations in the production area. You will ensure accurate documentation, schedules, and materials, while guiding a team to maintain quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years’ experience in production, a high school diploma or GED, and strong GMP/SOP understanding. This role requires good communication, problem solving, and collaboration with batching, maintenance, QA, and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience in production.
• Experience with GMP standards and documentation.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production lines and staffing.
• Verify product, components, and specifications.
• Complete MBRs and production paperwork.
• Address personnel issues in production.
• Coordinate with batching, maintenance, QA and warehouse.
• Attend Production, Scheduling and Management meetings.
• Assist with scheduling and log attendance.
