Job summary

FITS is seeking a Project Management professional to oversee capital projects in a regulated environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 8+ years of construction PM experience, with proficiency in GMP/GDP and bilingual communication in Spanish and English.

The ideal candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate design and construction activities from inception through completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years in Construction Project Management within a regulated industry.
• Experience applying cGMP principles in workplace contexts.
• Bilingual Spanish and English.
• Shift: Administrative, per business needs.
• Experience in Construction Project Management in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-discipline projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and business needs.
• Apply engineering principles to project work and solve technical problems.
• Coordinate design documents, select A&E firms, and review designs and deliverables.
• Prepare project estimates, bids, forecasts, and schedules; track costs.
• Oversee contractor bids, submittals, change requests, and ensure conformance with drawings and specs.
