Job summary

FITS LLC in Puerto Rico is seeking a Project Manager for Capital Projects within the regulated pharmaceutical/manufacturing sector. You will support Project Manager in estimates, bidding, and safety, and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5 years in construction project management, and bilingual Spanish-English. You must ensure GMP & GDP compliance and help deliver top-quality results, while overseeing safety and adherence to company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and five (5) years of exposure to Construction Project Management activities within the regulated industry.
• Ensure compliance with GMP & GDP.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Shift: Administrative and according to business need.
• Experience in: Construction Project Management, Regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple defined projects and assignments efficiently.
• Support Project Manager in all phases including estimates, bidding, and safety.
• Oversee project execution following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from start to completion.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and company standards.
• Identify technical problems and support solutions.
• Oversee cGMP application and workplace safety.
• Support design documents and coordinate with external firms.
• Assist in project estimates and bid preparation.
• Inspect contractor work and ensure compliance.
