Job summary

FITS LLC in the United States/territory region seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead capital projects within the regulated pharmaceutical and medical device space. The role focuses on delivering multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion while ensuring safety and compliance with GMP/GDP standards.

You will coordinate design teams, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor project staff, driving top-quality results and regulatory alignment across site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in regulated industry with GMP & GDP compliance.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multi-disciplined projects from inception to project completion in support of site operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, company standards, and business needs.
• Apply cGMP principles to workplace; promote safety and ensure regulatory compliance in all project scopes.
• Coordinate development of design documents; select A&E firms; review work with outside firms; define and document team decisions.
• Prepare project estimates, cost forecasts, and schedules; coordinate with Purchasing for bid packages; track costs.
• Review contractor bids, submittals, and change requests; ensure work conforms to drawings, specs, schedules, and safety regulations.
