FITS is seeking a Project Manager for Capital Projects in the regulated pharmaceutical sector in Puerto Rico. The role involves coordinating multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring GMP/GDP compliance, and supporting the Project Manager through estimates, bids, and safety.

You are a strong communicator with leadership, eager to innovate, and ready to oversee project execution while maintaining safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5 years in Construction PM within a regulated industry.
• Must comply with GMP & GDP.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple defined projects and assignments efficiently.
• Support Project Manager in all phases including estimates, bidding, and safety.
• Oversee project execution following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from start to completion.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and company standards.
• Identify technical problems and support solutions.
• Oversee cGMP application and workplace safety.
• Support design documents and coordinate with external firms.
• Assist in project estimates and bid preparation.
• Inspect contractor work and ensure compliance.
