Job summary

FITS, LLC in Puerto Rico seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee capital projects within a regulated industry, ensuring safety, GMP/GDP compliance and site standards. You will coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams from inception to completion, prepare reports, manage design reviews, estimates, bids and schedules, and promote a culture of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 8+ years of exposure to Construction Project Management within a regulated industry.
• Ensure compliance with GMP & GDP.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Shift: Administrative and according to business need.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, company standards and business needs.
• Apply cGMP principles; incorporate regulatory compliance into project scopes, design and construction activities; promote workplace safety.
• Coordinate development of project design documents; select A&E firms; coordinate design meetings and document reviews.
• Prepare project estimates for design, equipment, installation, labor, and materials; work with Purchasing on bid packages; prepare forecasts and schedules.
• Oversee contract work; review contractor bids and submittals; inspect progress for conformance to drawings, specs, schedules, and safety requirements.
