Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Bedford, NH, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead the 24/7 GMP maintenance team and keep utilities and equipment in a state compliant with regulatory requirements. You will drive preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, inspection-ready facilities.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate shutdowns, and collaborate with QA, IT, EH&S, and manufacturing to optimize reliability and performance while upholding PCI's safety culture and customer

Qualifications

• AS/BS degree or equivalent experience in a GMP environment.
• Experience leading a maintenance team in a GMP facility.
• Familiar with RAM system and PM planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication; safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and facilities activities for 24/7 GMP operations.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive maintenance and shutdowns.
• Train junior staff in facilities maintenance and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with QA, Material Management, and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Generate and maintain cGMP documentation and CAPA support.
