Job summary

HCA Healthcare’s Grand Strand Medical Center seeks a Simulation Coordinator for GME to lead on-site simulation activities, workflow, and program evaluation. You will support multiple GME programs, ensuring readiness of equipment, data collection, and alignment with ACGME standards.

Collaborate with program directors, faculty, and leaders to advance simulation curricula and assessments, while building strong internal and external partnerships to deliver learner-focused educational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher.
• Minimum three years’ experience in simulation-based mastery learning.
• Minimum three years’ experience as simulation operations specialist or tech.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of current practices in medical simulation training.
• Independently plan and implement special projects.
• Manage simulation operations, evaluation, and review process.
• Provide mentoring on simulation pedagogy to faculty and staff.
• Work with leadership to prepare documentation for ACGME accreditation.
