Job summary

Banner Health in Tucson seeks an Associate Manager, Residency Administrator to supervise medical education operations within a department, ensuring accreditation and compliance for residency and fellowship programs.

You will lead program coordinators, manage recruitment, rotation scheduling, credentialing, budgeting, and collaboration with Program Directors, APDs, and leaders to drive continuous quality improvements in GME.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human relations, or related field.
• Must obtain C-TAGME certification within two years.
• Active Notary Public commission within 90 days of hire.
• Five years of healthcare-related experience in a related field (GME preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee residency and/or fellowship program operations for accreditation and reporting.
• Lead a team of program coordinators; manage recruitment, scheduling, and credentialing.
• Monitor budgets and financial reports to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Program Directors to design yearly rotation and vacation schedules.
• Serve on GME subcommittees and drive quality improvements.
