Qualifications

• Associates degree in business/related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of related experience in medical education/administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residency/fellowship program operations and GME/ACGME items.
• Serve as administrative liaison with regulatory bodies; maintain policies/procedures.
• Coordinate educational sessions and manage medical records, risk, HR, and occupational health.
• Collect and maintain residency databases; assist budget development and monitor monthly reports.
• Maintain knowledge of current accreditation/board requirements for students, residents, and fellows.
• Support resident recruitment: process applications, interviews, and communications.
• Develop strong working relationships with program leadership, staff, residents, and fellows.
• Respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and redirect to appropriate teams.
