SGMC Health Careers is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Residency Program at the Main Campus. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure accreditation standards are met, and support residents and faculty under the guidance of the Program Director.

The role requires 3–5 years in office administration, preferably in healthcare or education, with strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of office administration in healthcare or education is preferred.
• Two years in graduate medical education administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and residency management software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of the ACGME-accredited Residency Program.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and support residents and faculty.
