SGMC Health seeks a Program Coordinator for the GME Psychiatry residency, overseeing day-to-day administration and ensuring accreditation standards are met. You will support residents and faculty, liaise with the Program Director, and help maintain educational excellence.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of healthcare/education office experience and familiarity with residency management software and MS Office.

The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the ACGME-accredited Residency Program. This role involves coordinating all activities related to the program, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and providing support to residents and faculty. The Coordinator will work closely with the Program Director and other GME staff to maintain a high standard of educational excellence.
Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting.
Two (2) years of experience in graduate medical education administration or a similar role preferred.
Prior graduate medical education experience preferred or experience with physician operations, physician outreach or academic medicine preferred.
Office setting. Safe working environment, possibility of irregular work hours upon request. Perhaps some discomfort due to noise and crowded conditions. A moderate amount of stress at times. Involves sitting, standing, and bending. Ability to use sound judgment and initiative when dealing with stressful situations.
