Banner Health in Tucson seeks an Associate Manager, Residency Administrator to lead the GME programs, ensure accreditation, and align with ACGME standards. You will supervise program coordinators, manage recruitment, rotation scheduling, credentialing, and maintain documentation.

Collaborate with Program Directors and leaders to advance education, ensure compliance, monitor budgets, and participate in GME committees.

Formación

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have strong understanding of medical education coordination.
• Must obtain C-TAGME certification within two years of hire.
• Must obtain active Notary Public commission within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee residency/fellowship program operations, ensuring ACGME and institutional compliance.
• Supervise GME team, monitor processes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate department staff; manage budget variances.
• Coordinate recruitment events, credentialing, and rotation/vacation scheduling for house staff.
• Collaborate with Program Directors and leadership on program design and annual reviews.
• Maintain accurate residency records and reports using Residency Management Software.
• Support institution-wide improvement initiatives and serve on GME subcommittees.
• Interface with accreditation agencies and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Foster strong internal/external relationships to advance program quality.
