Formación

• Requires associate degree or equivalent experience in medical residency coordination.
• Three years of related experience in medical education or administrative roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates the operations of the residency and/or fellowship program and monitors compliance with ACGME requirements.
• Acts as administrative liaison with external regulatory and compliance agencies; updates policies as needed.
• Coordinates educational sessions and liaises with medical records, risk, HR, and occupational health.
• Maintains residency/fellowship databases and assists in budgeting and monthly financial reporting.
• Keeps knowledge current on accreditation requirements for medical students, residents, clerks, and fellows.
• Supports resident recruitment, schedules interviews, and maintains up-to-date communications materials.
• Develops and maintains relationships with program directors, faculty, residents, and staff; handles inquiries and directs to appropriate teams.
