Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Program Coordinator for Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL. You will oversee the operational functions of accredited GME training programs under the Program Director, ensuring compliance with national accreditation policies and hospital guidelines.

You will coordinate recruitment of trainees, manage projects, and maintain databases while communicating with faculty and trainees.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of Graduate Medical Education (GME) experience preferred.
• ACGME experience preferred.
• TAGME certification encouraged but not required.
• Experience with New Innovations, ERAS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational functions of accredited GME training programs under guidance of the Program Director.
• Understand national accreditation policies and hospital policies, applying initiative and independent judgment.
• Plan and assist with continuing accreditation, trainee recruitment, and project management.
• Maintain databases and communicate with faculty and trainees on a range of issues.
• Manage internal and external program relations; use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and GME databases.
