Job summary

Florida Atlantic University in Palm Beach County, FL, seeks a Program Manager for the Graduate Medical Education Training Program to coordinate GME across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with ACGME and accreditation standards.

The role supports directors, faculty, and staff in program planning, recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and data management, including budgets, reporting, and site coordination; occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and 1 year of appropriate experience or a high school diploma and 5 years of appropriate professional experience.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
• Experience in a higher education institution, medical school, or hospital preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of multi-site GME programs and report to the Director.
• Execute Workday processes and manage onboarding, credentialing and orientation.
• Coordinate recruitment, applications, venue reservations, and site coordination.
• Manage program data, reports, and documentation for accreditation and tracking systems.
• Oversee evaluations, curricular activities, and budget allocations.
• Plan matriculation, off-boarding, and maintain confidential trainee records.
