Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ACGME accredited programs and the NRMP Match process.
• TAGME Certification.
• Knowledge of business and management principles.
• Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations.
• Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative management of assigned GME programs within the department.
• Serve as liaison to leadership, faculty, students, and staff.
• Be main contact for students and assist with inquiries.
• Prepare, maintain, and report on program effectiveness; monitor expenditures.
• Coordinate logistics for program events and activities; manage program budgets.
• Plan and develop education programs, curricula and CME activities with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with University policies and procedures and internal controls.
