Job summary

Creighton University in Omaha, NE is seeking a Program Manager for Graduate Medical Education to lead residency program operations, accreditation efforts, budgeting, and administration. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in office administration, preferably in healthcare/education.
• Experience in general medical education and leadership management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tracks accreditation data and coordinates surveys, site visits, and self-studies.
• Manages ERAS, NRMP, and SOAP processes; coordinates communications and interviews.
• Maintains residency schedules, call calendars, and work-hour compliance.
• Acts as liaison between Program Director, residents/fellows, and GME Office; supports documentation.
• Coordinates curriculum planning, evaluations, conferences, orientation, and logistics.
• Monitors program budget and spending; handles travel and reimbursements; supports budget projections.
• Distributes and interprets program policies and procedures for residents and fellows.
• Manages leave, credentialing, licensure, compliance, and J-1 visa documentation for residents/fellows.
• Coordinates educational, wellness, and social events; manages swag and exam proctoring.
