Temecula Valley Hospital is seeking a GME Program Coordinator to support the administrative and operational management of the assigned ACGME Residency Program. The role requires understanding of national ACGME accreditation, hospital policies, and independent initiative.

The Coordinator will manage contractual processes, maintain databases, and coordinate with faculty, residents, and external institutions. The position emphasizes confidentiality, organization, and effective communication.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum three years of office administration experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; experience with New Innovations software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Program Director, Program Manager, and GME faculty for day-to-day operations.
• Answer residents and students questions via phone, fax, email, and walk-in.
• Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and internal departments regarding resident recruitment, orientation, and external rotations.
