Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a GME Program Coordinator for Temecula Valley Hospital. The role supports under the Program Director and Manager, ensuring smooth administration of the residency program and related processes.

You will manage contracts, credentials, and communications, coordinate clerkships and events, and maintain compliant records across departments within the GME Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of office administration experience.
• Experience with graduate medical education or healthcare services is a plus.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with New Innovations software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Program Director, Program Manager, and GME faculty for day-to-day residency program administration.
• Handle inquiries from residents and students via phone, fax, email, and in person.
• Serve as liaison to hospitals, clinics, and medical organizations for resident recruitment, orientation, and external rotations.
• Assist in ERAS processes and schedule interviews with faculty.
• Prepare and administer resident/fellow contracts and credentialing per bylaws and standards.
• Maintain resident files and evaluation systems; monitor duty hours and program requirements.
• Coordinate clerkships and affiliation agreements; support committee meetings and program events.
