Job summary

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant healthcare/hospital experience; residency program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative contact for one or more residency programs.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and assist with site visits and accreditation activities.
• Maintain ERAS/New Innovations databases and coordinate applicant reviews and interviews.
• Prepare letters, verifications, and residency documentation; manage rotation schedules and duty hours.
• Support the Program Director and residents, and coordinate recruitment and program evaluations.
