Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 1–3 years in health care or hospital environment.
• Residency program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for residency programs and ensure ACGME compliance.
• Prepare and submit information required by ACGME and ADS.
• Coordinate site visits, CLER visits, and accreditation activities.
• Manage ERAS and SF Match processes during recruitment season.
• Schedule meetings, track duty hours, and maintain schedules in databases.
