Stanford Health Care is seeking an experienced GME Administration & Ops Manager to lead complex operational projects and digital transformation within the Department of Graduate Medical Education. You will coordinate resources, optimize GME systems, and develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to inform leadership decisions.

You will partner with GME leadership to identify risks, prepare business cases, and manage contracts and training tracking.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of progressively responsible relevant work experience required.
• Ability to analyze operational data for decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau or comparable tools.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong Excel skills.

• Coordinates departmental projects and optimizes resource use.
• Implements and optimizes GME systems, databases, and reporting tools.
• Develops and maintains GME dashboards using BI tools.
• Monitors KPIs, program operations, compliance metrics, and financial trends.
• Partners with GME leadership to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepares business cases, presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
• Leads GME technology and digital transformation projects.
• Manages moonlighting approval process per policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversees affiliation agreements and contracts with relevant offices.
• Manages Resident HealthStream assignments and training tracking.
• Supports Risk Management projects.
• Assists with other operations and quality improvement duties.
• Manages onboarding for visiting residents.
