Qualifikationen

• 3 years’ experience in a graduate medical education or healthcare medical education setting.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Equivalent work experience in GME may substitute degree requirement.

Aufgaben

• Oversee accreditation processes for institutional and program levels with emphasis on readiness and compliance.
• Coordinate with program directors and staff to ensure timely submissions to ACGME and other regulators.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and space planning in alignment with GME objectives.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding and training logistics for residents and staff in cooperation with HR.
