Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Program Coordinator to assist the Program Manager in overseeing regulatory compliance for surgical fellowships, including Surgical Critical Care, Acute Care Surgery, Burn, Colon and Rectal Surgery, MIS/Bariatric and Flexible Endoscopy.

The role supports the Education mission of the Department of Surgery by managing accreditation requirements and coordinating recruitment, orientation, credentialing, and travel for fellows, under supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in regulatory compliance development and reporting for accreditation.
• Coordinate recruitment, orientation, and credentialing for each fellowship.
• Support site visits and maintain education evaluation systems.
