Job summary

The Director will coordinate with the DIO, program directors and site coordinators, while directly supervising the GME Office staff.

The role requires ongoing interpretation of ACGME requirements, policy implementation across departments, and timely communication to advance resident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 60 months (5 years) experience in program administration, management, or coordination.
• TAGME Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain education quality across training programs to ensure ACGME accreditation standards are met.
• Serve as liaison between the DIO, Program Directors, Program Coordinators and sites; supervise GME Office staff.
