Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience, preferably in a university, medical school, gme office, residency/fellowship program, data analytics and information technology.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a liaison between data consumers and analytics teams to clarify governance requirements.
• Establishes and maintains standards and procedures to improve data quality, scalability, and governance.
• Oversees the statewide data governance framework aligned with business objectives.
• Provides expert advice to data owners and leaders on governance and management matters.
• Develops orientation and ongoing training for staff on resident management suite software.
• Manages all resident management suite software reports for GME committees and programs.
• Reports on system-critical accreditation and academic operations data.
