Job summary

You will train staff and physicians on the resident management suite, manage GME reports and data imports, and oversee ongoing data quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Residency Management System (New Innovations) — Required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) — Required.
• Technology skills including virtual meetings, email, spreadsheets, and web-based software — Required.
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills — Required.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities — Required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between data consumers and analytics teams; establish and maintain data governance standards.
• Develop and maintain a state-wide data governance framework aligned with business objectives.
• Provide expert advice to data owners on governance and management matters.
• Attend industry events to stay informed on trends and best practices.
• Develop and deliver orientation and ongoing training for staff and faculty on the resident management suite software.
• Manage reports required by the GME Committee and related bodies; oversee data imports from resident recruitment software.
• Report on system-critical data for accreditation and academic operations; plan data integrity and QA for the GME department.
