UAB Medicine in Alabama is seeking a Governance/Program Administrator for GME oversight. You will manage subcommittees, ensure accreditation and compliance, and coordinate CLER activities across programs.

The role involves developing processes, reporting to leadership, and collaborating with GME leadership to support faculty development. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field with at least two years of related experience, and offers strong benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, or a related field and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Responsabilités

• Provides oversight and management of GME subcommittees and related activities, ensuring deliverables meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Develops and directs new processes to support accreditation/compliance requirements; coordinates research, assessments and progress reporting to leadership.
• Maintains Education Affiliation Agreements and Program Letters of Agreement for ACGME accreditation across programs.
• Manages and coordinates CLER activities, compiles program data, and produces annual CLER dashboard to assess compliance.
• Develops training and support tools with GME leadership for faculty development and program coordinators, and evaluates effectiveness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
