Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a GMD DevSecOps Engineer to architect, build, and scale the IDDE DevSecOps environment in Huntsville, AL.

You will deploy containerized applications with Kubernetes, implement robust CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security is integrated across the development lifecycle. This role requires Terraform expertise, experience with hybrid cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), and collaboration with cyber engineers to embed automated security and STIG controls into deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting DevSecOps environments for cloud and hybrid setups.
• Proficient in Terraform-driven infrastructure deployment and scaling.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes-based container orchestration and microservices.
• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines with security integrated.
• Collaborate with cyber engineers to embed STIGs and security tooling into pipelines.
• Experience managing IDDE or similar digital environments in hybrid clouds.

Responsibilities

• Architect and provision the IDDE DevSecOps environment via Terraform.
• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized apps with Kubernetes.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated security checks.
• Administer IDDE across AWS and Azure hybrid cloud environments.
• Embed security and code scanning tools directly into pipelines.
• Support deployments, documentation, and release objectives.
