Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a GMD DevSecOps Engineer in Huntsville, AL to architect and scale the IDDE DevSecOps environment. The role focuses on building resilient CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments with Kubernetes, and secure software delivery across AWS and Azure.

You will collaborate with cyber engineers to integrate STIG evaluations and automated security tooling, ensuring robust security and compliance across mission-critical workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting and scaling DevSecOps environments.
• Experience with Terraform to provision infrastructure.
• Proficient with containerized apps and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of security controls (STIG) and CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and provision the IDDE DevSecOps environment using Terraform.
• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized apps with Kubernetes for high availability.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment.
• Act as system administrator across hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Embed automated security and code scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
