Job summary

Avion Solutions, Inc. seeks a GMD DevSecOps Engineer in Huntsville, AL to support the Missile Defense Agency. You will architect DevSecOps, deploy containers, and automate CI/CD in AWS/Azure.

You will manage IDDE infrastructure with Terraform, implement security controls, and collaborate with cyber engineers to embed scans into pipelines. Travel up to 15%.

The role requires advanced cloud and Windows administration, DoD compliance, and the ability to obtain DoW clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree + 12 years relevant experience, or Bachelor's + 20 years exp.
• Hands-on Terraform IaC deployments experience.
• Kubernetes containerized environments experience.
• CI/CD pipelines experience (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Enterprise cloud experience: AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and provision the IDDE DevSecOps environment using Terraform.
• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized apps with Kubernetes for high availability.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Administer IDDE across hybrid cloud environments (AWS and Azure).
• Embed automated security and code scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines.
