Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure a friendly, easy shopping experience.
• Train and hold team members accountable while maintaining store standards.
• Lead daily/weekly workload and help stock, merchandising, and price changes.
• Educate the team on inventory, product availability, and sign/shop floor upkeep.
• Support back-up cashiers, digital fulfillment, and safety/compliance protocols.
• Identify opportunities from metrics and drive improvements with the leader.
