Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in Greer, SC to drive guest experience and store operations. You will lead a team, manage daily workloads, and ensure inventory accuracy and proper signage while delivering strong guest service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will coach hourly teammates, schedule tasks, and collaborate across teams to meet sales goals. A flexible schedule including nights and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with guests and team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to coach, develop and retain hourly team members.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Willingness to work a variable/rotating schedule including nights and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experience commitments reliably to create an easy, inspiring and friendly environment.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet department and store sales goals with guidance from a direct supervisor.
• Educate team on procedures, stock management, pricing, and shelf maintenance to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coach and train hourly team members to improve performance and service levels.
• Oversee picking, packing and shipping fulfillment where applicable and monitor related reports.
• Ensure products are in stock, properly priced and signed on the sales floor, coordinating with other teams.
