Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, smile and initiate a warm, helpful interaction
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, merchandise set up and maintenance, pricing activities, and signage for GM areas
• Operate power equipment if certified
• Learn and execute operational procedures, such as product organization, stock level management, and inventory accuracy
• Follow Target policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
• All other duties as needed by the business
