Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in Pittsburgh to lead hourly team members, drive store goals, and ensure a guest-first experience. This role requires strong leadership, retail know-how, and flexible scheduling across nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team by planning daily/weekly workload to deliver sales goals.
• Coach and train hourly team members.
• Ensure a guest-first culture and deliver a consistent guest experience.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, signing, pricing and merchandising.
• Oversee daily operations to keep product in stock and properly priced.
• Ensure safety and compliance in the store.
