Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader for 3112 Vestal Pkwy E, Vestal, NY. You will lead daily tasks, train hourly team members, and ensure stock, pricing, and signage are accurate to deliver a reliable guest experience.

You will drive store operations, coach staff, handle workload, and support fulfillment processes while maintaining a safe, compliant workplace and a guest-ready environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading a retail team and coaching hourly staff.
• Ability to manage stock, pricing, and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and guest needs.
• Coach and develop hourly team members; interview and select talent.
• Ensure product is in stock, accurately priced, signed and easy to shop.
• Assist with pick, pack and ship fulfillment and drive store efficiency.
