Target Corp in Olathe, KS is seeking an Executive Team Leader GM Sales (Assistant Manager General Merchandise). You will drive store sales and guest experience while leading GM operations, including inbound/outbound, inventory accuracy, pricing and promotions.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, and the ability to plan workload, coach Team Leaders, and ensure accountability across the team. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.
