Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to department goals.
• Manage a team that handles stocking, setting and selling Target products.
• Lead team of hourly team members and leaders toward sales objectives.
• Oversee fulfillment processes including pick, pack and ship (where applicable).
• Create a guest-obsessed culture and ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Plan workload and schedule in partnership with team leaders.
• Conduct regular check-ins to track progress and tasks.
• Oversee backroom and sales floor areas and reporting to close gaps.
• Develop and coach Team Leaders to elevate team capabilities.
• Establish accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit as needed.
• Uphold safety, ethics and compliance in all actions.
