Job summary

Celestica is seeking a General Manager for Rack Integration in Richardson, TX, to drive strategy, operational performance, and change across multiple teams and functions. The role oversees customer-dedicated organizations spanning operations, program management, production, and supply chain.

The GM is accountable for end-to-end execution of integrated rack programs, including forecasting, NPI, prototype builds, manufacturing readiness, ramp, mass production, testing, quality, and sustaining

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to rack integration teams and related functions.
• Lead strategy deployment, long-term planning, and operating governance for Richardson operations.
• Own P&L and operating performance for rack integration including revenue and cost management.
• Ensure end-to-end execution of programs from forecasting to mass production.
• Collaborate with executives, customers, suppliers, and Celestica leadership.
• Develop scalable operating model and readiness for future customer and technology needs.
• Oversee capacity planning, manufacturing readiness, and deployment of new strategies.
